How the day works
With lighting, music, costumes and stage magic, the hall becomes a story world. Children work at their tables as the adventure unfolds around them, getting up for moments like the obstacle course and the final siege of the castle. At each stage of the story, they learn a new way to build a sentence and use it straight away in their own writing.

About me
I'm Adam Yeo. I have taught in every KS2 year group in the last 14 years, so I know what KS2 writing needs to look like, and how quickly children switch off when it doesn't feel real. Story Sentences brings the two together: the excitement of stepping inside a story and the craft of writing like an author. Based in Northampton and happy to travel.
